Cellar

The processing of the grapes takes place through a delicate vinification in our cellar. Allowing plenty of time and rest fermentation is completed in the barrels. The histamine (responsible for headaches) naturally rises in the beginning of fermentation and is then re-absorbed by the occurring yeast. By using this conserving method we are able to produce wines with low histamine levels and therefore comprehensive tasty wines, which retain their quality.
